As a registered customer, we will credit loyalty points after every purchase you make.
How many loyalty points do I receive and when?
For every online purchase, we credit 2% of the purchase value in loyalty points to the loyalty point account of our registered customers.
The earned loyalty points are credited to the respective customer account when your order status changes to "Received" (indicating that your order has been successfully completed, this is calculated based on a number of days after we ship the order to you). You can redeem loyalty points within 365 days following the assigning of the points.
Incomplete or unfinished registrations cannot earn loyalty points.
Why are points awarded as they are?
On every product page, you can find how many loyalty points can be earned with its purchase. As a general rule, the customer receives 2% of their spending back in points , meaning you are entitled to 0.2 points for every £ spent. When purchasing multiple products simultaneously, the loyalty points earned for each product are added together.
For certain products and services, the rate of return in loyalty points may be higher than this.
What is the value of a loyalty point and how can it be used?
The points accumulated during purchases add up, and you can decide when and how many you would like to use from them. You can redeem loyalty points within 365 days following the assigning of the points. The system redeems points in a first-in, first-out manner, meaning that when redeeming, the oldest credited loyalty points are used first.
When redeeming, 1 loyalty point = 1 £. That means, for example, redeeming every loyalty points saves you 1 £. You can even pay the entire value of the order with loyalty points.
To redeem, add the products to your cart and indicate that you wish to pay with loyalty points when selecting the payment method during checkout. Here you can see the number of loyalty points available for use, and after selecting the appropriate shipping and payment method, you can view the remaining total amount to be paid. When paying with loyalty points, the used loyalty point amount will be deducted from your virtual loyalty point account.
What can I use loyalty points for?
You can use your loyalty points to purchase almost any of our online store products, except for contact lenses. This means you can buy sunglasses, eyeglasses, eye drops, contact lens solution, computer glasses, and accessories. (Unfortunately, loyalty points cannot be applied to the purchase of contact lenses or to cover the shipping costs, but you can purchase related products with loyalty points.)

How long are accumulated points valid?
Points can be redeemed within 1 year. After that, loyalty points are automatically deleted.
Additional Details
Loyalty points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
No loyalty points are earned on shipping costs and cash on delivery fees.
Only end consumers are eligible for loyalty points; our reseller partners are not. eOpticians.co.uk reserves the right to change the terms of the loyalty program (including modifying the redemption conditions or point earning conditions, as well as terminating the program and deleting any unredeemed points at the time of termination).
