“Sunglasses Outlet and Glasses Outlet” Policy

1. Scope

This policy is effective from May 1, 2024 until it is withdrawn or modified, and applies to the discounted prices of the products found in the “Sunglasses Outlet” and “Glasses Outlet” sections of the eOpticians.co.uk web store. The discounts can only be used on the indicated website and not on any other website or in physical stores.

2. End-of-Line Products

The products listed in the “Sunglasses Outlet” and “Glasses (frames) Outlet” sections are considered “end-of-line products”:

• Either products that have been discontinued by the manufacturer,
• Or products that eOpticians no longer wishes to distribute.

3. While Supplies Last

The discount is valid while supplies last, and the start date will be indicated on the product details page. The available stock is defined as follows:

• For “products discontinued by the manufacturer”: this includes the entire stock available at eOpticians and may also include distributor (also end-of-line) stock.
• For “products that eOpticinas no longer wishes to distribute”: this refers to the entire stock available at eOpticians.

In either case, we cannot accept orders beyond the indicated stock.

4. Purchase Conditions

• Only one discount may be applied per purchase, and it cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.
• Any discount cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be refunded for its value.
• It is not necessary to have a complete pair of glasses made to take advantage of the discount; a frame alone may also be purchased.
• The usual warranty conditions apply to the products.

5. Special Customer Groups

The following special stakeholder groups may also participate in this promotion: eOpticians employees, eOpticians suppliers, subcontractors, and business partners.

The following special stakeholder groups cannot participate in this promotion: Resellers (whether purchasing within official legal frameworks or as private individuals). The manufacturers of the products involved in this promotion do not provide financial support for our promotion.

6. Other Conditions

For all matters not regulated in this policy, the General Terms and Conditions of eOpticians.co.uk apply.

eOptika Ltd. reserves the right to modify or supplement this Promotional Policy even during the promotion period. Any modifications will take effect immediately and will be announced in the Promotional Policy on our website. Such modifications cannot adversely affect the acceptance and fulfillment conditions of orders already placed; however, the modified Policy will apply to all orders placed after the modification.
